Unworthy of the Name

Bin Laden as Geronimo
Enraged some U.S. Indians,
Who thought the Pentagon brought low
An idol spurred by white mens’ sins,
Whose agents nibbled at his lands
And found big trouble on their hands

For sixteen months while on the loose
In territorial Southwest,
Eluding prison or the noose,
His warriors caused such unrest
Negotiotiors let them yield
Though move two thousand miles afield.

From Florida, he toured the States
And peddled photos autographed,
Activity that now deflates
Our view of him to nearly daft.
T. Roosevelt’s inaugural,
Showed off this chieftain, once from hell.

In any case he’d gained acclaim
While risking his own life and limb.
It’s why our airborne yells his name
To screw up courage to the brim.
Osama then again preferred
His terrorists the ones interred.
